Level Up Living provides structured online wellbeing and personal development sessions designed to support communication, collaboration, and personal development through guided activities and games. Our services are educational and wellbeing-focused. They are not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, or medical advice, and participation does not establish a therapeutic or clinical relationship.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules and responsibilities for visitors, participants, and users of the Level Up Living website and services.
They outline eligibility requirements, booking procedures, participant conduct, limitations of liability, and the use of third-party platforms.
Level Up Living may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or operational practices. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
Eligibility
Level Up Living services are intended for individuals aged 18–25.
By booking or participating in a session, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Nature of Services
Level Up Living provides online group wellbeing sessions designed to help participants practise communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal development skills through structured gameplay and collaborative activities. Sessions may involve multiplayer games, creative activities, discussion, and reflection exercises even looking at psychoeducational work. These services are intended for personal development and wellbeing support only and should not be considered professional therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment.
Booking and Payment
Sessions are offered in fixed packages rather than individual bookings.
Current package options are:
4 sessions – £75
8 sessions – £145
12 sessions – £215
24 sessions – £420
Prices are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change.
After initial contact or expression of interest, participants will be provided with a booking confirmation email. This email will include a secure payment link generated through the Level Up Living website (Wix Payments).
Payment must be completed through this link in order to secure a place.
A booking is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Following successful payment, a confirmation receipt will be issued via email.
Refund Policy
Participants may cancel a session booking for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
If a participant misses a session without prior notice, a partial refund or session credit may be offered at the discretion of Level Up Living.
Refund policies may differ for future multi-session bookings or programme packages.
Online Platforms and Communication
Sessions are delivered online and may involve the use of third-party platforms such as communication tools and gaming platforms.
Communication between participants and facilitators may take place through Discord group channels, as this platform allows accessible communication across multiple devices and operating systems.
Level Up Living does not control the operation of third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, technical failures, or service disruptions caused by those platforms but the manage of safeguarding and support is given in theres third party platforms.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate devices, software, and internet access to participate in sessions.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respectful and constructive behaviour during sessions.
Participants must not engage in harassment, discrimination, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour.
Participants must also respect the privacy of other participants and must not share private information or record sessions without permission.
Level Up Living reserves the right to remove participants from a session if behaviour violates these expectations.
Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension from future sessions.
Intellectual Property
All session materials, structures, activities, and educational content provided by Level Up Living remain the intellectual property of Level Up Living Limited unless otherwise stated.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use session materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Level Up Living aims to provide supportive and well-structured wellbeing sessions. However, we cannot guarantee specific personal outcomes or results from participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Living’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or session.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Changes to Services
Level Up Living may modify session formats, schedules, or activities where necessary to improve services or respond to operational needs.
Where significant changes occur, reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to these terms or the use of the Level Up Living website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
